OUR GUARANTEE

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price or exchange it with another product within 30 days of receipt. Depending on product availability, we can exchange or replace it with another item of equal value (excluding American Design Experience products). If you don't like it or it's not what you expected, simply return it and we will credit your credit card.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?

A damaged or defective product may be returned and exchanged for the same or a like product. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item to us and cover the freight to send the replacement item to you.

All returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, dinging or scraping and include all original packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, etc. (if applicable).

WHAT IF I AM SIMPLY NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PRODUCT AND WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price or exchange it for the same or a like product.

In order to help minimize your return costs, we will issue a prepaid shipping label utilizing our competitive shipping rates. The cost of shipping your returned item back to Fender will be deducted from your overall credit or refund. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the original shipping cost of the product(s) returned will also be deducted from your credit or refund.

All returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, dinging or scraping and include all original packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, etc. (if applicable). Returned items not adhering to this policy may be subject to a restocking/handling fee.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Note: All returns require a prior authorization from Fender and a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned to Fender without a valid RA number will be returned to you.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
  1. 1. Contact Consumer Relations at (800) 856-9801 or email us at consumerrelations@fender.com to obtain an RA number and a prepaid return shipping label.

    1. a. If calling, please have your order number ready, as well as the name on the credit card used in the transaction.
      b. If emailing, please include your order number as well as the name on the credit card used in the transaction in your email.

  2. 2. When you receive your RA number and return shipping label, place the merchandise in its original packaging and apply the shipping label to the box, ensuring that the RA number is on the label.

  3. 3. Drop off the package at any FedEx shipping location or schedule FedEx to pick up directly.

Fender will process refunds within 7–10 business days of receiving and processing the returned item(s). Credit may not appear on your statement until your next billing cycle. Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability. You will be issued a refund for items that are no longer available or for which there is no satisfactory replacement. On Fender.com we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders valued at more than $50 to the contiguous United States, APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes. For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, we are pleased to offer our online customers very competitive shipping rates and services as outlined below. Although most online orders are processed and deliver within 3–9 business days, please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

Please note we currently deliver orders within the United States only. For American Design Experience purchases, expedited shipping will not impact the actual build time of the guitar. All items in the shopping cart will ship for the quoted price. Some smaller items under 1 lb. may ship USPS and will not be traceable. Orders that include an instrument, amplifier or product that valued at more than $400.00 will ship FedEx Direct Signature Required. BACK ORDERS

In an effort to better serve you, we are currently only taking orders for items that are in stock and ready to ship to your door (excluding the American Design Experience, as these instruments are built to order).

How will you know if your item is in stock? It's easy! If the item you are interested in is in stock, you will be able to place it in your shopping cart and continue to check out.

If the item is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your cart and a “Notify Me When This Arrives” button will appear on the product page. Click the “Notify Me When This Arrives” button to sign-up and receive a back-in-stock email notification when the product is available again. American Design Experience instruments will be shipped upon completion.

HOW TO ORDER

Ordering online from Fender.com is easy! Simply choose the items you wish to purchase and add them individually to your shopping cart. Each time you add an item, you'll be able to view the entire contents of your cart and order subtotal. When you are ready to checkout, click the “View Cart” button and proceed to the secure checkout area. When ordering online, your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.

Please note that this does not apply to American Design Experience orders. As ADE instruments are built to order, your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

While we truly appreciate your interest we are only able to accept orders and ship to customers in the United States at this time. Fortunately, most items featured on Fender.com may also be purchased from local Fender dealers in your country or region. Please contact the Fender Distributor in your area for help finding a store or dealer near you.

PRICING, PAYMENT & SALES TAX

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards for online purchases. When you order through our secure online shopping cart, we do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you.

Please note that this does not apply to American Design Experience orders. Payment for all ADE purchases will be processed when your order is placed.

All orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. Local sales tax is applicable in most U.S. states. Sales tax is calculated at the local tax rate of the shipping address.
